SMS Terms
Effective October 23, 2026 · Reach Your Goals L.L.P., 100 Castleberry Ct #139, Milford, OH 45150
These terms cover text messages sent by Reach Your Goals L.L.P. and the licensed insurance agents who own and operate it (the “SMS program”).
What you'll receive
- Service messages: insurance appointment reminders and confirmations, policy service and paperwork updates, follow-ups on coverage questions, and replies to your messages.
- Software messages: information about Reach Your Goals software products (Goal Power Dialer and GoalLine Cyberphone) that you asked about.
- Promotional messages: occasional offers, sent only if you separately agreed in writing to promotional texts.
How you opt in
- Online: on our text sign-up form, by checking the box agreeing to receive texts. The boxes are unchecked by default, and promotional texts have their own separate, optional box.
- By texting us first: if you text an agent's business number or ask to be texted, we reply to you about your request. That covers service replies only, not promotional texts.
- By phone: if you tell an agent on a call that you'd like texts, the agent records your consent. That covers service and appointment messages only, never promotional texts.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
To stop, reply STOP to any message. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed and nothing after that. Reply START to opt back in.
