This policy explains what information Reach Your Goals L.L.P. (“we”) and the licensed insurance agents who own and operate it collect through this website and our text messaging, and how we use it. Our software products, Goal Power Dialer and GoalLine Cyberphone, have their own privacy policies on their websites.
What we collect
- Information you give us, such as your name, mobile number and email address, for example when you sign up for texts or contact us.
- Your texting consent and opt-out choices, including when and how you gave them.
- The content of text messages you send to us and that we send to you.
- Basic technical information when you use this website, such as your IP address and browser type.
How we use it
- To send the text messages you agreed to and to reply to your messages.
- To schedule appointments, service your insurance policies and answer your questions.
- To keep records of consent and opt-outs as required by law, and to honor STOP requests.
